IDIOT is a dark, dreamlike interdisciplinary performance that combines dance, nonsensical texts, and live music. IDIOT is a portrait of decadence and despair, a journey through madness. IDIOT is about intuition and trust; it's an exploration of the state of feeling overwhelmed and lost. It’s about the vulnerability, fear, anxiety and elation that’s all part of being at a time in your life when everything is uncertain. IDIOT is about accepting that everything doesn’t always go as planned; that it’s okay if you don’t know what you’re doing, or even why you’re doing it. IDIOT is a space where where confusion and chaos aren’t things to be afraid of.

Part choreography, part rock concert, and part hallucination, IDIOT is the 2nd piece in a trilogy of works inspired the famed American musician Iggy Pop. This album was recorded live in Montreal, at La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines, March 3rd, 2017.
